• 新华是医用清洗消毒柜领域的领军企业。虽然产品长期积累了不错的口碑，但工业设计较为滞后，从而导致产品形象较为保守、传统。对此，本项目的两款产品将作为引领未来新华集团全新产品系列化进程的先导！ • 因清洗消毒柜的内外环境较为严苛，故产品主要为不锈钢材料。由于材料、工艺及成本的限制较大，因此设计的发挥空间十分有限！对此，我们制订了铝材配合机加工以及挤压成型的工艺方案，避免了模具化的高昂成本，同时又极大地提升了设计的灵活度！ • 造型方面为使产品更加气质化，我们创造出具有强烈东方色彩的极富禅意的“一碗清水“作为核心设计概念，优雅、流畅的线条使产品达到了精神层面的升华！ |
• SHINVA is
the leading enterprise in the medical Washer-disinfector industry. SHINVA has a time-honored good reputation, but it is backward in the industrial
design, thus it features a backward and traditional product image. The two
products are to lead the product seriation process in SHINVA in the future.
• Due to the strict environment requirement to washer-disinfector, SHINVA uses stainless steel. Also, because of the fairly large limitations on
material, technology and cost, I.CO has limited space on the product design.Therefore, I.CO employs aluminum materials
and processes them with machine work and extrusion forming,
successfully avoiding the high cost on molded production and
greatly promoting the flexibility in design.
• As for the outlook, I.CO creates a
core designing concept “a bowl of water” which features oriental element of
Buddhism and the graceful and flowing lines which raises the product to a
spiritual level. |
